Tele Caller - Collections:

We are searching for an engaged Tele caller to boost our collections by reaching out to current and possible clients. Tele caller must be an excellent communicator and have superior speaking skills. He/ She is responsible for calling customers over the phone and maintain good customer relationship. He/ She shall be comfortable presenting our services and able to clarify doubts and complaints over the phone. Tele caller should be able to convince toughest customer.

Primary responsibilities
  • Obtaining and updating list of individuals contact details.
  • Calling active and budding clients to encourage payments.
  • Create a list according to severity of delinquency.
  • Noting important details of each conversation.
  • Recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts.
  • Conducting each function with the utmost respect, regardless of others disposition.

Qualification:
SSC pass, Intermediate, Degree, applicant must have basic knowledge about MS-Office with typing skills.

Filed Executives- Collections

We are searching for an accomplished Collection Executive to boost our collections by reaching out to current and possible clients. Collection Executives are responsible for managing and collecting all the outstanding dues receivable from customers. In addition, they are responsible for resolving customer billing disputes if any, and collection of balance outstanding dues.

Primary responsibilities
  • Collecting outstanding dues by visiting the customer place.
  • Organizing list according to severity of delinquency.
  • Locating customers using information, background checks, loan documents, and other paperwork or databases.
  • Recording new commitment to repay debtf.
  • Initiate repossession proceedings or hand over account to law practice that specializes in debt collection.

Qualification:
SSC pass, Intermediate, Degree, applicant must have good communication skills.

Team Leader- Collections:

We are looking for a qualified, Enthusiastic Team Leader to manage our team and provide effective guidance. Team Leader will be responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members on a daily basis. Team Leader must be able to Communicates company goals, safety practices, and deadlines to team. Motivates team members and assess the performance of team members. Provides help to management, including training, and keeps management updated on team performance.

Primary responsibilities
  • Creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
  • Setting clear team goals and deadlines, delegating tasks.
  • Identifying areas for new training or skill checks.
  • Supports team manager and performs management duties in the absence of Team Manager.
  • Clarifies team member’s doubts if any, helps in solving Team member problems, and supervise team member work for quality and guideline compliance.
  • Generates and shares comprehensive and detailed reports about team performance, mission-related objectives, and deadline

Qualification:
Any Graduation

Experience:
Should have minimum 2 Years Experience in Team Handling

MIS Analyst:

We are looking for an Excellent MIS analyst, who is responsible for creating an all-inclusive strategy for the smooth functioning of the business information management systems. They develop the technical tools according to an organization's strategic goals.

Primary responsibilities
  • Providing support and maintenance of existing management information systems (MIS).
  • Generating and distributing management reports in accurate and timely manner.
  • Developing MIS documentation to allow for smooth operations and easy system maintenance.
  • Performs data analysis for generating reports on periodic basis.
  • Tracking filed executive visits and feedbacks and preparing performance reports.

Qualification:
Any Graduation

Experience:
Should have minimum 1 Year Experience as a MIS Analyst and good Command on Excel
